The entrance and exit of the junction of Rhodes Airport at the intersection with the Rhodes – Kamiros Urban Road was formed by the construction of a central dividing jersey and triangular jerseys, in which the access and transportation of people with disabilities was secured in compliance with all relevant standards.
Along with the new pavements and jerseys, electrification towers were placed with led lamps.
The new node operates with traffic lights that follow an everchanging program controlled by traffic flow through motion detectors fitted at appropriate points.
